FREE Economy Shipping on orders over $100
FREE Local Delivery on orders over $50
Our standard ground shipping on orders over $100 will always be free in most US States. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may have regulations of their own and/or charges included. The pricing will generate accordingly if this applies to your order and area. Most items will arrive by UPS or Federal Express within 3-5 business days.
If your item requires freight delivery, ie; hospital beds and adjustable beds, lift chairs, pool lifts, vehicle lifts, stair lifts, larger powerchairs, patient lifts, any heavy duty heavy weight bulk item, additional charges may be included and your product will arrive by freight in 5-7 business days from when they leave the manufacturer. You will be contacted by a freight representative to schedule the delivery for when’s best for you.

Custom orders will take longer for delivery. The projected delivery date will be included with your order confirmation. Some items that aren’t custom may take a little longer as well. This includes:

Heavy Duty Wheelchairs
Scooters
Hand cycles
Some of the items listed above may be shipped right away if they are “in stock.” This happens often and your product selections will specify if it’s in stock. If so, you know that means your order will be received with 3-5 business days.
Can I Upgrade My Shipping?
Yes, you most certainly can. Please keep in mind, that if your product is custom or not “in stock” the expedited delivery will take place once the product is ready for shipment. Upgrading your shipping standards does not speed up the production process of your equipment.
